WB Housing & Industry Regulatory Authority Dawns in West Bengal
to protect Home Buyers

		Government of West Bengal (Housing Department) appoints 1st Day of June, 2018 as the date, the WB Housing Industry Regulation Act, 2017, will come into force. (Notification dated 29th March, 2018).

		Official Website of WB HIRA Authority launched. (Visit hira.wb.gov.in for more details).

		The Office of West Bengal HIRA established at Calcutta Green’s Commercial Complex, 1st Floor, 1050/2 Survey Park, Kolkata - 700075. (Notification dated 6th June 2018).

		WB HIRA Authority starts taking up processing of the application for registration of projects / Real Estate Agents (Notification dated 15th September 2018).

		Shri. Adip Kumar Ray appointed to the post of Member Secretary, WB, HIRA (Notification dated 21st June 2018).

		The Secretary, Housing Department, Government of West Bengal designated as the Regulatory Authority under WB HIRA (Notification dated 13thSeptember 2018).
