Bill Redfern, founder and CEO of internationally recognized A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections (ABCHI), announced today a signed agreement through partnership with MACJ, India to bring the company to India with plans to open 100 units in the next five years. The aggressive expansion strategy will dramatically increase the company’s footprint to nearly 400 franchises across the world in the next few years.

A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections (ABCHI) started in the mid-2000 by Bill Redfern is an industry leader in the home inspection franchise in USA & Canada and is presently having 200 franchises spread across 15 countries on a path to become the world’s largest home inspection company.

MACJ, India has been co-promoted by Mahendra Sureka, Arvind Kumar Bhotica along with a couple of investors.

The Indian entity will submit comprehensive home inspection reports for customers (real estate developers and individual home buyer / owners) after inspections that will help them to make more informed decisions about the homes they are considering.  The JV Company will also market the franchisees to other motivated business oriented people around the country, including those in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and all other major cities of India. For individual franchisees, it is an ideal offer, as it’ll offer greater work life balance, opportunity to work as entrepreneurs and in a sunrise sector with unlimited potential.
