  • Full Electrical Inspection – Inspection Fee @ Rs. 14 per square feet of built-up area.
  • Full Moisture / Damp / Seepage & Electrical Inspection – Inspection Fee @ Rs. 16 per square feet of built-up area.
  • Fee for any specific problem / issues relating to Damp / Seepage, Electrical, etc is dependent on initial complimentary assessment with a minimum inspection fee of Rs. 15,000/-.
  • Inspection Fee for volume work is dependent on the applicable scope of work.
  • GST / Other Applicable Taxes on all the above inspection charges / fees are additional at actuals.
