Tiles are highly non breathable material & does not allow any moisture to evaporate. So the entrapped/ seep in moisture creates damages in the inner face of the wall. If not treated, this will lead to spreading of moisture to associated/ internal areas resulting in damage to the structure and high cost of repairs.

Direct Solutions

We recommend:
Work 1 – Internal wall should be painted with a breathable material to release the moisture.
Work 2 – Tile joint filling to be done with appropriate sealant in such a way that no moisture gets seeped in from external wall.
