Wood is a flammable material. If main fuse or any electrical accessory is fitted over it, there are high chances of electrical hazards. If not rectified can cause safety hazards for occupants.

We recommend removing the wooden box and installation of bakelite sheet for fuse & D.B. mounting.
Detect Issues
Water dripping from cut out at false ceiling around fan position.
Describe Issues
Above false ceiling, water droplets noted at RCC ceiling surface. This was due to water infiltration from above terrace area flooring bed mortar saturated with water content. Water dripping is accelerated during rainy seasons. As seen by IR camera moisture presence noted at false ceiling surface due to absorbed moisture at insulation layer provided between false ceiling and RCC ceiling surface. Water presence noted under synthetic grass mat in open terrace. Synthetic grass mats is not best suited for roof during monsoon as it stops / disturbs rainwater flow. And stops evaporating of moisture from floor surface. So if not rectified, it can lead to further damage in associated/ attached area due to spreading of moisture.
Direct Solutions
We recommend:
1. Removal of mat during monsoon / rains.
2. Affected area ceiling surfaces to be kept under observation and adequate ventilation to be provided for seeped in water to evaporate out.
Detect Issues
Signs of seasonal rainwater seep in from window sill.
Describe Issues
As seen by infrared images water flow noted from side of window sill & side reveal. The moisture is originated due to Water pocket & gap in external sill stone. Two separate stones have been used in external sill. If not rectified, moisture will spread in adjacent areas and cause further damage.

We recommend:
1. Slope to be repaired at window sill to avoid water stagnancy.
2. Sealing the gap in external sill with UV resistant exterior grade silicone sealant as per manufacturer specification.

Due to use of electrical tape, wire joints do not have longetivity. They will get loose with time and cause loss of current. This can lead to increase in electricity bill and create problem for residents in longer run by adding expenditure due to loss of energy.

Worn out CI pipe for waste water & soil pipe.
Describe Issues
Service life of current CI pipe is expired. It has deteriorated due to leakage in pipe. After a point of time, when iron comes in contact with water and air, it starts rusting. If not rectified in time, it can deteriorate further resulting in broken pipes which can create unhygienic conditions at exterior side.

We recommend replacing it with good quality CI pipe.

Significant gap noted in between external wall & electrical conduits.
Describe Issues
If gap is not filled between external wall & electrical conduits, then unwanted water and dust from external area will enter through the gap. Chances of insect infestation will occur. This will lead to paint deterioration and other damages due to water intrusion. It will affect residents by creating unhealthy and unhygienic living condition.

We recommend hole finishing with non shrink grout / repair mortar & painting with exterior grade paint as per manufacturer specification.

Describe Issues
Gap noted between wall and railing is around 8.5 inches which will be safety hazard for residents especially kids. Usually Space between railing should not exceed more than 4 inches. If left unnoticed, it can be unsafe for occupants as there are chances of accidents in this area.

We recommend fitting another piece of vertical bar to cover the gap to be safe limit.

Single water control valve is provided for the water supply at kitchen and bathroom.
Describe Issues
This seems to be not a problem usually, but during maintenance or repair work of any particular area the water supply of both the areas will be stopped. If left unnoticed then, it will create hassles for residents in future.
